Ella and the 107 Dwarves is a 2001 Japanese-Australian animated movie directed by Jim Stenstrum in his animated directional debut and based on fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen.  It is the MTV Japan production and an animation by Mook Animation, released by Paramount Pictures on 21 December 2001. The Grooves of the Emperor

O n the border of an empire ruled by a tyrant is a small village where life is happy. The place is run by Emperor Dom Brian II. One day he is challenged by the blacksmith Dennis, who is banished from the village. All this leads the emperor to turn his eyes to the village and demand the Ferris wheel in the park there. One of the villagers refuses to hand over the toy and is arrested. As a result, the leader goes on an adventurous journey to try to free his friend and two mermaids.

Dougal and the Magic Roundabout

The main character is Dougal (Pollux in the original French-language version), who was a drop-eared variety of the Skye Terrier. Other characters include Zebedee (Zébulon), a talking jack-in-the-box with magical powers; Brian (Ambroise), a snail; Ermintrude (Azalée), a cow; and Dylan (named after Bob Dylan) (Flappy), a hippy rabbit. There are two notable human characters: Florence (Margote), a young girl; and Mr Rusty (le Père Pivoine), the elderly moustached operator of the roundabout. Other characters included Mr McHenry (Bonhomme Jouvence, the elderly gardener who rode a tricycle), and a talking locomotive with a 4-2-2 wheel arrangement and a two-wheel tender. Three other children, Paul, Basil and Rosalie, appeared in the original black-and-white serial and in the credit sequence of the colour episodes, but very rarely in subsequent episodes. Goat Story - Jimmy Removes His Helmet

(The first to climb out, Katy gracefully slides down to the bottom of the volcano hill.) Katy: You did it! You rescued me! You're amazing. (Behind her, Goat tumbles his way down.) (She turns to see Jimmy and Matthew slide down and crash into Goat.) Katy: Thy deed is good, and Shrek is love. I am eternally in your debt. Goat: Ahem...
